What is this?

 Energize & Restore is the rehabilitation branch of Energize CK, offering individualized therapy, small group rehab classes, and pediatric support—led with a Occupational therapy lens and movement-based approach.

 At Energize & Restore, we bridge the gap between healthcare and fitness. Our sessions are designed with a therapeutic approach—focusing on pain management, recovery, strength, and functional independence.

We don’t just exercise—we assess, adapt, and guide.

Mobility Based Classes

A dynamic, BEGINNER friendly full-body class that blends the principles of Pilates with mobility training to build strength, control, and freedom of movement. This class focuses on moving well—not just more—by improving joint range, stability, and coordination through controlled, intentional exercises.

You’ll work through all planes of movement using bodyweight and small equipment, with an emphasis on core connection, spinal mobility, and joint health.

Courses-



Prenatal Pilates- Mondays at 6:30 pm (new session starts May 4)

Postnatal- Mom and Baby- Mondays at 2 pm (register per month)


Mobility Focused Pilates- Monday at 5:15pm and Thursday at 6 am 


Rehab Reformer- Monday at 3:45 pm
