I’m an Occupational Therapist who blends clinical expertise with Pilates, mindfulness, and movement-based strategies to support children, youth, and adults — including those with ADHD. I also specialize in prenatal and postnatal care, and functional return-to-activity programs. My work is grounded in function-first, evidence-informed care to help people participate meaningfully in daily life.
My love for movement started in my teens with a Pilates VHS (yes… really ). A life-changing car accident in my 20s inspired me to pursue Occupational Therapy and integrate movement into clinical care. Over the years, yoga and Pilates have become key tools to improve strength, mobility, body awareness, regulation, and functional outcomes.
Outside work: I’m a mom, stepmom, and wife to a musician — and yes, I still love moving every day!
Why movement matters: Movement isn’t a hobby — it’s a clinical tool. I use it intentionally to support regulation, function, and whole-person care. My goal is to help every body (and brain) do not just what they want, but what they need.
Ready to take the first step toward improved movement, function, and independence? Our Occupational Therapy-informed services are personalized to meet your unique needs—whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a condition, or supporting your child’s sensory and executive functioning development.
